What happens after I book an experience?

Within hours, your concierge replies personally to confirm details, suggest refinements, and share a clear plan with timing, pickup, and what to wear or bring. From that moment until departure, you have one point of contact for everything.

Can experiences be customized to my group?

How do payments and cancellations work?

Each experience is confirmed with a deposit and the balance is paid before or on the day. Deposits and cancellation windows vary by experience — see the table on the FAQ section for the exact terms per listing. Everything is also confirmed in writing before you commit.
